Movers and Helpers

Established in 2015, Movers and Helpers is a Louisiana labor-only moving company based in New Orleans. The business provides heavy lifting assistance for residential and commercial clients who supply their own moving trucks or storage containers. Over the course of its operations, the company has completed more than 7,500 moves across the state.

Their services include local loading and unloading for apartments, single-family homes, offices, and storage units, as well as on-site furniture rearrangement and event setup. Crews specialize in packing and unpacking rental vehicles like U-Haul trucks and portable containers such as PODS. In addition to New Orleans, Movers and Helpers serves Baton Rouge and Northshore communities, including Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, Madisonville, and Hammond.
